Opportunity is limited. Systems fail more often than they work. Stereotypes follow people into rooms before they say a word. These aren’t excuses invented to justify staying still — they’re real conditions. The limitations are valid. They are just not final. They explain why building is harder here than it should be. They don’t explain why building has to stop.

One of ours caught this while still an undergraduate. He’s now a filmmaker working on serious projects — built from inside the same four walls a lot of students assume are too small to start anything meaningful in.
